The masseria offers 44 rooms with different solutions: economy rooms, simple, comfortable and small; classic rooms, with standard comforts; and elegant suites with whirlpool, set in a very intimate context. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and private bathroom.
The masseria has also a fine restaurant where you can enjoy unforgettable flavours, thanks to reinterpreted typical dishes based on meat or fish, in a mix of local and international cuisine.
This 1600s fortified masseria, located at the heel of Italy’s boot, features high stone walls and a watchtower, both used in the past for reason of defence. In terms of urban design, the location recalls an ancient town in which open spaces, stables, stone buildings, workplaces and a rural church integrated one with each other. Once used as a summer residence by the barons of Martano, the building has developed today into a rare and beautiful historic residence where spending out of time holidays.
Local fruit trees, as the wild peer trees, characterize the area around the so called “Grecìa salentina”, also known as the land of two seas, in which the Ionian and the Adriatic sea are only a few kilometres away, giving tourists the option to choose between white sandy beaches and imposing cliffs.
