A 5-day tour to learn the Apulian cuisine secrets: a tour from the hills to the sea by exploring the places and the more authentic flavours of Apulia.
Arrival to the airport. Private transfer to the hotel/farmhouse in Valle d’Itria, dinner and night stay.
In the morning, guided visit of Alberobello with local products and wine tasting among Trulli. Transfer to the nearby Locorotondo for a guided visit among the white house in the old town. In the afternoon, transfer to a fortified farm, visit and EVO oil tasting. Cooking lesson in the farmhouse discovering the Apulian traditional dishes, followed by dinner to taste the dishes prepared by yourself.
Return to the hotel/farmhouse.
In the morning, boat excursion along the suggestive coastline in the south of Bari. Aperitif on board with prosecco wine and fruit. Guided visit of the old town of Polignano a Mare and second cooking lesson about handmade ice cream where you may taste the famous handmade ice-cream. The tour will continue to Lecce and accommodation.
The morning will start with the visit of the weekly market where you may find fresh and seasonal products. It will continue with the third cooking lesson: typical dishes of Lecce in a traditional cooking school situated in an ancient palace. Lunch with the dishes prepared during the lessons accompanied by local wine tasting.
In the afternoon guided visit of the old town of Lecce.
Return to the hotel.
In the morning, transfer to Ostuni, the White City. Guided visit by ape calessino enjoying the most suggestive landscapes of the plain of the old olive trees. Lunch on terrace. In the afternoon transfer to the airport. Flight back.
