PARADING ON A CARNIVAL FLOAT

Putignano Carnival is the oldest in Europe, for its origins date back to 1394, and it is the longest in the world too, because it begins on 26 December. Two notable records in which the papier-mâché floats parade is included: real works of art that require the work of dozens of expert papier-mâché artisans and a daily effort for about five months. The parades during the Putignano Carnival are an explosion of colour, music and, above all, of fun! This is the most important feature of the carnival: the popular spirit, very strong and still alive in the local population. What better “stand” to live the Carnival than parading in masks on a float? A unique experience, only possible with Tipica Tour Operator!
